Business Integration Analyst – Heritage Vet Partners

Heritage Vet Partners (HVP), the nation’s leading veterinary partnership specializing in mixed/large animal practices, is seeking a highly qualified Business Integration Analyst to join our growing team. The Business Integration Analyst will work directly with executive leadership, design systems to facilitate data exchange among multiple parties, and support integration activities across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Execute data investigation to interrogate the state of client’s current systems
  • Participate in client data mapping sessions
  • Gather user feedback on the accuracy, efficiency, and functionality of the system
  • Adjust and customize the system based on user feedback
  • Coordinate efforts with project managers and the broader team
  • Contribute to updating repeatable, templated project methodologies
  • Occasionally travel to clinics for systems training
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Previous clinic experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Solutions oriented—wants to get things done right, the best way, and ahead of schedule
  • Ability to quickly acquire a deep understanding of ERP and other business systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • 2–4 years of post‑high‑school education and/or 2 years of experience in a business analyst position
