PM&R Medical Director NE Nebraska

Seeking a full-time BC/BE Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician and Medical Director to join an exceptional team in northeast Nebraska.

• Provide oversight for a coordinated Post
  - Acute Care Service Line
• Medical Director and Attending MD for Inpatient Rehab Unit
  • 7-bed unit located on hospital’s main campus so physician consults are easily obtained when needed
  • Primarily takes patients with strokes, neurologic disorders, hip fractures and limited orthopedics, trauma, amputation patients, complex medical/debility patients, mild to moderate SCI, mild brain injuries
  • 80% of RN’s are CRRN
  • Well trained and experienced nursing and therapy staff
• Outpatient PM& R Clinic with great need for EMG’s, Botox, Spasticity Management, new referrals for MSK pathologies, hospital discharge follow ups, and more with financially favorable payer mix in area
