Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 annually (equivalent to $20.00–$23.00 per hour)

• Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate environment and activities for preschool‑age children.
• Oversee classroom staff and volunteers while following the program’s curriculum.
• Develop weekly lesson plans and submit them to the supervisor.
• Maintain ongoing assessments and screenings for each child; plan individualized activities based on MDT/IFSP/IEP.
• Attend and participate in children’s MDT/IEP/IFSP meetings.
• Complete required educational home visits and parent/teacher conferences.
• Enter documentation for each child and manage child data and reports through the online computer assessment system.
• Communicate with parents regularly and maintain confidentiality of program participants.
• Maintain a tracking system of job performance with aides and volunteers, address performance issues, and conduct introductory and annual evaluations for relevant staff.
• Frequent kneeling, stooping, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
