JOB TITLE: Senior High - Study Hall Paraprofessional

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma

REPORTS TO: Senior High Administrator(s)

RECEIVES GUIDANCE FROM: Senior High Administrator(s)

JOB GOAL: Provide supervision and instructional support to students assigned to study hall

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 35 hours/week; 9 months

EVALUATION: Senior High administrator(s) will evaluate the individual annually

• Supervise students in study hall, implement building behavior and academic expectations, and take daily attendance
• Develop positive relationships with staff and students
• Operate office equipment, as needed
• Filing responsibilities, as needed
• Prepare assignment requests
• Help organize and participate in schedule pick-up and open house
• Monitor students assigned to online learning
• Monitor academic progress/grades of all study hall students
• Communicate with classroom teachers about academic progress of students
• Other duties as assigned
