- Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary interventions, adjusting services based on patient progress.
- Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers, and document all services accurately in electronic records.
- Maintain compliance with policies, regulations, and ethical standards, including licensure requirements.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ensure proper documentation and use of supplies.
