Join Norfolk Iron & Metal's dynamic internship program as a NIMtern! This unique opportunity allows interns to explore the various departments within the organization to gain valuable insights and experiences in all areas of the business!
What will you gain from this experience?Exposure to Various Departments: The NIMtern Swap will allow you to gain firsthand experience in multiple areas! For 2 days you will get to experience another department of your choice, allowing for a greater understanding of the organization's operations.
Networking Opportunities: You will have the opportunity to network with senior leaders and industry experts through exclusive lunch and learn sessions and after-hours events.

Experience:
Engage in a capstone project that provides hands‑on, real‑world experience in solving a specific business challenge or opportunity and present your capstone project to both the Executive and Corporate Leadership Team's.Skill Development: Acquire and enhance a diverse set of skills relevant to your department, ranging from technical skills to soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and adaptability.
Informed Career Decision: Through exposure to various departments, networking, and immersive experiences, you will be equipped to make an informed decision about your future career path. Identify areas of interest and passion, helping shape your career trajectory.

- Eligible to work in the United States
