The Property Manager oversees day‑to‑day operations, including team members, daily activities, and resources. The goal is to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals, ensuring compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws governing multifamily housing operations.

• 2+ years of experience in property management
• Ability to respond to after‑hours emergencies
• Proven 2+ years with Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license
• Personal smartphone technology required

• 3+ years of experience in property management
• Ontario SEO experience a plus
• Proven 3+ years with Microsoft Office
• Proven 2+ years of sales/marketing experience
• Proven 2+ years of experience in housing tax credit

$55,000 - $57,000 per year plus a $2,000 Sign‑On Bonus after 90 days of outstanding performance. Final compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.

To be hired, candidates will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test.
