Shop Floor Leader – Welding & Fabrication

A manufacturing company in Nebraska is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead and supervise a team of welders and fabricators. The role involves planning and coordinating production schedules, monitoring inventory, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of manufacturing experience, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of welding techniques. An educational background with a High School diploma or GED is required.

This is a full-time, hourly position with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
