Hausmann has steadily matured into one of the region’s premier commercial general contracting, construction management, and design-build firms. Our team is seeking a Quality Manager in the Norfolk area to represent Hausmann by managing/implementing our internal quality control program and closeout process, specifically focusing on the 12-month warranty period.

This position will be responsible for participating in the development of the quality control plan for assigned projects during preconstruction, the assistance in managing the quality control plan during construction, and project closeout process with HCI staff, beginning prior to punch list creation through substantial completion and final completion; developing, maintaining and positively representing Hausmann through positive interactions with the project team, including owners, developers, designers and end users, and ensuring that job quality and customer satisfaction is maintained at every stage of the project.
