Job DescriptionThis employer is seeking an experienced Auto Parts Store Manager for an established organization located in northeast Nebraska. Ideal candidate will have experience managing an auto parts store or supervising auto technicians.
Responsibilities- Oversee day‑to‑day operations including 3 store personnel
- Manage procurement of auto parts, inventory, and distribution within the store
- Provide team training and coordination
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance and reporting
- High School diploma or GED; post‑secondary degree or certificate in Automotive Technology or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience selling automotive parts to customers
- Supervisory/Leadership experience in a retail environment
- Good knowledge of auto parts, specifications, applications, and trends
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make decisions
- Ability to work well under pressure while meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks

Salary- Annual Salary: $45,000 – $70,000 (USD)
