Store Manager

The Sales Associate provides quality customer service, promotes product sales, and supports store operations. They uphold company policies and serve as brand ambassadors.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, assisting customers entering the store and during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise, achieving sales targets.
• Maintain product knowledge and present merchandise in accordance with the product knowledge manual.
• Assist with daily store operations, including cleaning, stocking, and shipment preparation.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain internal controls and report potential fraud or internal control issues.
• Attend all staff meetings and training sessions.
• Communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operational issues to management.

• 0‑2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑starter with initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and multi‑tasking ability.
• Team‑player passionate about outstanding customer service and selling merchandise.
