Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) (T0856) role rting hourly rate: 15.50 USD per hour.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority and manual fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes with clearance merchandising and signing execution.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the salesfloor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while complying with policies including adult beverage laws where applicable.
• Greet guests, engage to solve their needs, and thank them for shopping at Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.

• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Effective communication, ability to work independently and with a team, and quick guest question resolution.
• Ability to stay focused and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions; stay mobile for shift duration.
