• Maintain product knowledge and promote new products.
• Assist customers during the sales/purchase process using ERP software and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Track and fulfill sales orders by picking, documenting, and following up.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships.
• Assist with warehouse functions daily.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and generate product stock requests.
• Create and maintain a positive working environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience in the electrical industry or willingness to learn electrical products.
• Effective communication, organization, teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse.
• Basic problem‑solving and computer skills.
• Completion of EDGE and EPEC Bronze Level training, or commitment to complete within 18 months.

Hours:

7:30 am–5:00 pm. Full‑time. Entry‑level. Work involves warehouse tasks and customer interactions.
