$42,000 Base Salary + Commission

Responsibilities

Assist customers visiting the dealership and guide them through the vehicle buying process

Help customers select vehicles that meet their needs and budget

Demonstrate vehicle features, performance, and available options

Offer and conduct test drives following dealership procedures

Meet monthly sales goals set by the sales manager

Maintain strong product knowledge of Ford vehicles and features

Qualifications

Automotive sales experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and customer service skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Ability to work in a team environment

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Must pass background check and drug screening
