RISE is seeking a Family Support Navigator to guide families impacted by incarceration in Lincoln or Omaha, using peer support and case management to connect them with resources and support overall wellness.
You will assess needs, develop action plans, provide referrals for housing, employment, benefits, and healthcare, and coordinate with the broader RISE team to empower participants for successful community reintegration. Travel is reimbursable when required.
