Warehouse Supervisor

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $30.00/hr DOE

Aventure Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor in Norfolk, NE. In this key leadership role, you will direct the shipping process to ensure customer orders are pulled, packed, and shipped according to requirements. You will also oversee daily cycle counts, monitor warehouse processes, and supervise the warehouse team. • Provide direct supervision and leadership to the warehouse crew, monitoring daily workload and reallocating duties as needed.
• Direct shipping processes to ensure all customer orders are pulled, packed, and shipped to meet customer requirements and delivery expectations.
• Oversee product quality aspects related to inventory control, storage, packing, handling, and shipping.
• Manage daily cycle counting processes and generate required reports
• Train new and current employees on position duties, standard operating procedures, systems, and company policies.
• Oversee department coverage, employee scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Enforce all company policies, procedures, and safety standards within the department.
• Step in to assist or perform backup duties in shipping, receiving, or other warehouse areas as needed.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking and running operational reports.
• Strong team management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to lead by example, enforce policies, and maintain a safe, efficient work area.
• Physical ability to move throughout the warehouse, lift materials as needed, and work on your feet during the shift.
