Cromer
£12.71 per hour
Temporary Ongoing
20 hours per week (Monday to Thursday, 9:30am – 2:30pm)
We are currently recruiting for a part time Administrator to join a busy team based in Cromer on a temporary ongoing basis.
This is a varied administrative role that would suit someone who is organised, reliable, and enjoys supporting the smooth day to day running of an office. The successful candidate will provide general administrative support and assist with a range of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* General administrative duties
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Filing and document management
* Assisting with email correspondence
* Answering and directing telephone calls
* Providing ad hoc support to the wider team as required
About You:
* Previous administration experience is essential
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Able to work independently and manage a varied workload
