Job Overview

Fixed Term opportunity until 31 December 2026. Are you an organised, proactive administrator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment? Do you enjoy keeping things running smoothly, building great relationships, and making a real difference behind the scenes? At IC24, we are looking for an IUC Administrator to become a vital part of our Operations team, helping to coordinate and support services that deliver urgent healthcare to thousands of patients every day.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and maintaining clinical and non‑clinical staff rosters
  • Supporting payroll processes, timesheets, and shift payments
  • Managing annual leave, absences, and rota changes
  • Ensuring compliance records and documentation are maintained accurately
  • Producing reports and supporting quality and contractual requirements
  • Building strong working relationships across multiple teams and services
  • Delivering first‑class administrative support to operational leaders
Qualifications
  • Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communicator who builds positive working relationships
  • Confident using spreadsheets, reports, and administrative systems
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Experienced in a busy office or administration environment
Ideal Experience
  • Previous administration or office‑based experience
  • Experience managing data, reports and customer interactions
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
  • A positive, flexible and team‑focused approach
