Job Overview
Fixed Term opportunity until 31 December 2026. Are you an organised, proactive administrator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment? Do you enjoy keeping things running smoothly, building great relationships, and making a real difference behind the scenes? At IC24, we are looking for an IUC Administrator to become a vital part of our Operations team, helping to coordinate and support services that deliver urgent healthcare to thousands of patients every day.
Responsibilities- Coordinating and maintaining clinical and non‑clinical staff rosters
- Supporting payroll processes, timesheets, and shift payments
- Managing annual leave, absences, and rota changes
- Ensuring compliance records and documentation are maintained accurately
- Producing reports and supporting quality and contractual requirements
- Building strong working relationships across multiple teams and services
- Delivering first‑class administrative support to operational leaders
- Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communicator who builds positive working relationships
- Confident using spreadsheets, reports, and administrative systems
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Experienced in a busy office or administration environment
- Previous administration or office‑based experience
- Experience managing data, reports and customer interactions
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
- A positive, flexible and team‑focused approach
- Annual salary of £25,234.26
