Product Governance and Conduct Analyst

Product & Conduct Risk Analyst An exciting opportunity for a Product & Conduct Risk Analyst to join a leading insurance business, reporting directly to the Operations Director. This is a broad, hands-on role focused on developing and enhancing the Product Oversight and Governance Framework, working closely with Underwriting, Delegated Authorities, Compliance, Claims and Risk. The business is looking for a proactive doer who can take ownership, implement processes and drive meaningful improvements across product governance and conduct risk.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and enhance the Product Oversight and Governance Framework.
* Coordinate Product Oversight Group meetings and maintain governance documentation.
* Undertake Product Conduct Risk and Fair Value Assessments.
* Identify and monitor product and conduct risks, driving remedial actions.
* Analyse product MI and customer outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
* Support regulatory reporting and ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements. About You
* Experience in Product Governance, Conduct Risk or Compliance within the insurance market.
* Good understanding of Consumer Duty, FCA regulations and PROD requirements.
* Strong analytical skills and experience working with management information.
* Confident stakeholder manager, able to work across multiple business functions.
* A hands-on, solutions-focused approach with the ability to implement frameworks and drive change. Lloyd's market experience would be beneficial, particularly around customer outcomes and regulatory reporting, but is not essential.
