North Norfolk District Council is looking for an experienced Asset Management Officer to assist in delivering the capital works programme and manage minor works across the council’s diverse asset portfolio. This role requires strong construction project delivery skills, excellent communication, and collaboration with various stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a background in construction and a keen eye for detail, as well as a thorough understanding of CMD regulations and building contracts. Part-time applications are welcome.
