Site Manager - Marham - 1 Month

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional, construction main contractor, who are looking for an experienced Site manager with a strong groundworks background to join them for for at least the next month in a project in Marham.

The ideal candidate, will have experience working on medium-large construction projects with a strong understanding of groundworks packages and MUST HAVE either an in-date DBS (Issued within the last 6 months) or MOD Security Clearances.

Key Requirements:

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets.

* MUST HAVE:
In-date DBS Certificate or MOD Security Clearances

* Proven experience managing similar new build construction/groundworks projects.

* Strong health & safety and site procedure knowledge is essential.

Key Duties:

* Overseeing day-to-day site operations.

* Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme.

* Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance.

* Reporting into the senior operations team on project updates.

* Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on budget.

* Coordinating works across site and conducting constant quality checks.
