Description:

Part time Performer Dentist required for 2-3 days in a mixed practice in Cromer, Norfolk

• Monday to Friday - flexible
• £16 per UDA
• 50% private split & 50% lab bill split
• Well established patient list
• Mainly general dentistry
• Brand new 2 surgery practice located in the heart of the town centre in sunny Cromer in North Norfolk
• Local parking available, large surgeries with windows
• Digital x-rays and computerised practice management system
• Experienced dental nurses
• NHS performer number and GDC registration required
• Can offer visa sponsorship (3 days per week) – COS costings covered by practice, visa side Dentist covers these fees
• No clawback/penalisation on UDAS not completed - paid on what they completed only
• ASAP start

• UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years

• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
