Part/Full Time Locum Dentist required 2 - 5 days per week for a friendly, mixed Practice near Sheringham.

• Day rate of £450 with a target of 25 UDAs with an additional amount per UDA for over achievement and deduction of same rate for underachievement
• 50% Private Rate - predominantly a UDA role although opportunity to add private from upselling NHS patients
• Mon to Fri & Sat available - MUST BE ABLE TO DO A MINIMUM OF 2 DAYS

• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
