• Deliver high‑quality lessons for BTEC Level 3 Sports courses
• Plan and prepare engaging schemes of work and lesson resources
• Assess, record, and report on learner progress in line with college policies
• Provide constructive feedback to support learner development
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
• Contribute to departmental meetings and curriculum planning
• Support learners with career progression and employability skills

• Experience delivering BTEC Level 3 Sports courses is essential
• Relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to inspire learners
• Excellent organisational and classroom management skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage learners effectively
