Learning Support Assistant – Secondary Phase

We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work in the Secondary Phase at Harleston Sancroft Academy, part of the Diocese of Norwich St Benet's Multi Academy Trust.

Base pay:
Scale D5-6, £3,849-£3,910 per annum (£25,583–£25,989 FTE).

Contract:

Fixed Term until 31 August 2026.

Work hours:

6.5 hours per week on Thursday, 08:30-15:30 (incl. unpaid 30‑minute break).
Term Time plus 1 week. Required start January 2026.

• Support students in the Secondary Phase with learning needs.
• Assist teachers in classroom and resource preparation.
• Maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
