Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teachers - South Norfolk

Inspire EHC is seeking dedicated SEN Teachers to join our books and be the first to hear about upcoming opportunities from September 2026. Our Clients

Our clients are all well-established mainstream and special schools in north Norfolk dedicated to providing tailored educational experiences for children with a range of special educational needs. They emphasise individualised learning plans, fostering independence, and promoting emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalised learning programmes in line with students' specific needs.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external specialists to support student development.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to pupil progress and behaviour.
  • Promote positive behaviour and social skills within the classroom setting.
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience or a strong interest in working with children with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to teaching and student engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive attitude towards professional development and inclusive education.
