BIM Coordinator - Openbuildings Designer

Are you a BIM Coordinator with Open buildings Designer or Aecosim experience?

Have you worked on major infrastructure projects?

Rate: £50 per hour

Ongoing Contract - Inside IR35

Location:

London (Hybrid) - Euston 3 days a week - 2 from home

We are currently seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a major infrastructure programme. The successful candidate will be assigned to a Delivery Unit based on experience and project requirements. This is a great opportunity to work for the main contracting JV and coordinating incoming designs from the design houses.

Key Responsibilities:

BIM coordination across all disciplines

Coordination and integration of sub-contractor models

Ensuring model compliance and data quality within the CDE

Supporting delivery teams with BIM coordination on complex infrastructure projects

Essential Experience & Skills

Proven BIM Coordination experience (this role is not suitable for BIM Modellers)

Coordination on major infrastructure projects

Strong working knowledge of:

Open Buildings Designer

Navisworks

Project Wise

Solid CDE knowledge and experience

Ability to manage and resolve coordination issues across multiple disciplines

Working Arrangements

Minimum 3 days per week in the office, 2 days WFH

Primary office:
Euston

Occasional travel required to Asset offices in North Acton / Ruislip
