Constructive Moves are recruiting for a Technical Coordinator to join a thriving Technical department, combining architectural and engineering expertise. This role is key in managing housing and apartment schemes in a period of substantial growth, and we need professionals with residential house building experience.

Responsibilities:
Procuring services records and enquiries for new developments, including managing timely payment for new services infrastructure.
Overseeing the design and detailing by externally appointed Consulting Engineers for all external works, including foundations, new estate roads, and sewers.
Securing adoption agreements (S38, S104, and S278) in a timely manner while ensuring bonds are managed efficiently.
Contributing to structural designs for superstructure components.
Continuously evaluating Consultant designs for value engineering and statutory compliance.
Liaising with other Technical Team members to discharge building regulations and planning conditions.

With several new schemes launching this year and into 2026, you'll be tasked with:

- Coordinating external design consultants
- Obtaining building control approvals and discharging planning conditions
- Ensuring mains services are procured
- Providing Construction Issue drawings for site starts
- Supporting site operations
- Managing external consultants for production information
- Preparing Design Programmes and presenting at team meetings
- Overseeing NHBC and Building Regulations applications
- Ensuring working drawings align with the approved Planning Scheme
- Attending site progress meetings and carrying out site inspections

Qualifications and Skills:

- Qualified as a Civil/Building Engineer or equivalent, with relevant experience
- Good technical knowledge of house and apartment construction
- Working knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC, and associated legislation
- Ability to handle problems and work under pressure
- High attention to detail and strong IT skills including AutoCAD/Revit

Salaries depend on background and experience, with a benefits package including car allowance, bonus, pension, and healthcare. Hybrid working options are available.
