Maintenance Manager
Needham
Salary: £55k
Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm
OverviewA fantastic National leading manufacturing company are looking for a strong Maintenance Manager to lead the engineering function, driving plant reliability, PPM delivery and OEE improvement while ensuring safe and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage mechanical and electrical engineering activity across site
- Deliver and optimise PPM strategy to maximise uptime
- Lead, develop and prioritise a multi‑skilled engineering team
- Drive OEE, reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate breakdown response to minimise downtime
- Manage contractors, spares, budgets and compliance
- Time‑served engineer with strong mechanical and electrical skills
- Experience leading engineering teams in manufacturing
- Proven track record in PPM, fault finding and root cause analysis
- Strong planning, leadership and commercial awareness
- Opportunity to shape and develop the engineering function on site
- Visible leadership role with real impact on operational performance
