Commercial Valuation Surveyor | Norfolk - Hybrid
£50,000+ depending on experience

I'm working with an award-winning commercial property practice based in Norwich, widely recognised as one of the leading firms in East Anglia. They're looking to add a Commercial Valuation Surveyor to their growing team.

This is a genuinely well-established business with a strong client base across Norfolk and the wider East of England region. They work across retail, office and industrial assets, and their valuation team handles a broad range of instructions including secured lending, investment, financial reporting, tax, pension review and asset management valuations. The work is varied and the instructions are substantive.

They're open to someone around two years' PQE or above, so whether you're a recently qualified MRICS looking for the right environment to develop, or a more experienced valuer looking for a change, it's worth a look.

You'll be MRICS qualified with solid commercial valuation experience, ideally with a good understanding of the Norfolk and East Anglia market. Strong report writing skills and the ability to manage your own workload are important, and any experience working with lending institutions would be a bonus.

A full UK driving licence is required.
