Accounts Administrator
Part‑time, permanent role based in Wroxham.
Responsibilities- Enter all purchase and sales invoices on Sage.
- Check bank for incoming payments and update Sage and internal documents.
- Make purchase invoice payments (not payroll).
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Credit control.
- Reconcile three employees’ credit cards.
- Complete quarterly management charges for the company.
- Prepare information for the end of the financial year and submit it to accountants.
- Liaise regularly with the Managing Director and accountants as required.
- Answer telephone calls and emails, and handle visits or delivery.
- Empty shredder and change toner in photocopier when needed.
- Occasionally take post to post office or post box.
- File and scan documents.
- Able to use initiative and work independently or within a team.
- Excellent telephone manner and work to deadlines.
- Can‑do attitude, self‑motivated, creative.
- Experience with Sage accounting package.
- 3 days a week, 09:00 – 17:00.
- Relaxed working environment.
- Free parking on site.
- Flexibility on hours and days, must work on a Friday.
