Interim Head of Complaints

Our client, an award-winning bank and provider of consumer finance, has an immediate opening for an Interim Head of Complaints. Working on a hybrid basis, the Interim Head of Complaints will be responsible for, Successful delivery of complaints operational standards including culture and service Ensuring the operation delivers excellent customer outcomes aligned to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulatory requirements Maintenance of quality standards Effective capacity and resource planning aligned to demand forecast The successful applicant will demonstrate A proven track record of leading high performing complaints functions within FCA regulated businesses Excellent knowledge of consumer lending products and the associated FCA regulatory requirements In-depth knowledge of DISP, CONC and COBs complaint handling standards Strong leadership and senior stakeholder management experience.
