Full-Time (37.5 hours) and Part-Time (22.5 hours) opportunities available

• Day shifts: 8:00am – 10:00pm
• Some night shifts may also be available

The Gables is a friendly and welcoming supported living service located in the beautiful village of Wroxham
, often referred to as the gateway to the Norfolk Broads.

Situated in a peaceful residential area near the River Bure, the service is within walking distance of local shops, cafés, pubs, a library and other community facilities. The vibrant city of Norwich is also just a short journey away, offering a wide range of leisure, shopping and entertainment options.

As a Support Worker, you'll support people with a range of needs, including:

• Learning disabilities
• Autism
• Acquired brain injuries
• Physical disabilities
• Mental health needs

Your role could include:

• Supporting people with daily routines
• Encouraging independence and life skills
• Helping people access community activities and social opportunities
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Promoting choice, dignity and wellbeing
