Job Summary

Healthcare Assistant – Holt, Norfolk, UK. Part‑time position offered by Nouveau Care, a trusted staffing agency, to support care homes and nursing homes in Holt, Norfolk, UK.

• Assist residents with daily personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
• Support mobility needs, using equipment safely as required.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding where necessary.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and report on residents’ health and well‑being to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans.
• Work collaboratively with nursing teams, residents, and families to deliver high standards of care.

• Previous experience in a care home, nursing home, or similar setting desirable.
• Minimum 6–12 months care experience.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly in a team‑oriented environment.
