The Role

We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Workers to join our growing team in Thetford and surrounding areas.

As a Care Worker, you will provide essential support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and hygiene support

Assisting with medication administration

Supporting mobility and safe moving & handling

Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition

Carrying out light household duties (cleaning, laundry, shopping)

Offering companionship and emotional support

Requirements

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)

Right to work in the UK

Good communication and interpersonal skills

A caring, patient, and dependable nature

Previous experience in care (not essential – full training provided)
