All screens Nationwide Ltd in the Diss area is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide high-quality care in a residential setting, including dementia care. You will support residents with personal care, activities and companionship, while promoting independence and dignity.
The role is permanent full-time, 36 hours per week with night shifts. NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is required, and you will receive comprehensive induction, training and benefits.
