    Early shifts, Late shifts, Weekends, Bank holidays & Sleep-in shifts.
  • Must be confident with IT and have access to a suitable device for completing digital timesheets and e-learning

We're looking for compassionate, empathetic individuals with a solution-focused approach to support and empower adults with learning disabilities.

Every person you support is different, so the support you provide will vary from person to person.

Day-to-day, this could include helping someone develop new skills, offering personal and emotional support, or supporting them to plan and manage their own home. You might also help with leisure activities, employment, personal interests, or travel.

It's a role that can be fun and rewarding, and at times challenging and demanding - often in equal measure. You could be supporting people in their own home or out and about in their community.
