THE ROLE Your focus as a Senior Care Assistant will be tosupportand work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open,supportive, andinclusiveenvironment for residents, visitors and staff. Other responsibilities will include:

- Nights at Avery Healthcare involves supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care. The position is focused on providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any changes impacting care and care plans, and ensuring that new needs are met.
Involvement in the person-centred care planning process by implementing, monitoring, and undertaking monthly evaluations is also expected. Additionally, the role involves supporting residents with their medication requirements, undertaking staff supervisions, and supporting staff development where needed. Acting as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals is also part of the job.,

- Monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any changes impacting care and care plans, ensuring that new needs are met, and written records are amended to reflect any variation.
- Being involved in the person-centred care planning process, by implementing, monitoring, and undertaking monthly evaluations.
- Supporting residents with their medication requirements.
- Undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff with their development where required.
- Acting as a key point for contact with residents, their relatives and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals involved in their wellbeing, ensuring that any reasonable requests are acted upon, and concerns or complaints are escalated., Please note this role will require:
- A DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
