You’ll be supporting two gentlemen in their own supported living home, providing dedicated 1:1 support tailored to their individual goals and aspirations. Every day is different, and you’ll play a key role in empowering them to live independent and fulfilling lives. This could include supporting with meal preparation, daily routines, medication, and building confidence in everyday living skills.
One gentleman enjoys a quieter lifestyle, spending much of his time at home or with family. He can experience high levels of anxiety, so you’ll bring a calm, patient and reassuring approach, taking time to build trust and support him in a way that respects his choices and personal space.
The other gentleman has a busy social calendar and loves getting out and about. From shopping trips and holidays to attending his social club and enjoying music and DJing, you’ll support him to do the things he loves. He also has three chickens and enjoys caring for them, so animal lovers are especially welcome!
Shift patterns: 7:00am to 2:30pm and 2:30pm to 10:00pm, including sleep-in shifts. Alternate weekends and bank holidays are required.
