Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Wroxham for a Head of Commercial Conveyancing Fee Earner. The role involves leading and managing commercial conveyancing cases, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and providing sound legal advice to clients on matters such as purchasing, selling, and leasing commercial property. Responsibilities include managing a caseload effectively, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the development and mentoring of team members.

The role requires collaboration with other legal professionals and delivering high-quality, timely legal services.

Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in Commercial Conveyancing, including managing complex property transactions and advising on commercial property law.
  • Proficiency in drafting, reviewing legal documents, and providing expert legal advice.
  • Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills to support and develop team members effectively.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage a diverse caseload.
  • Qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate in England and Wales.
  • Knowledge of professional regulations and compliance requirements in the legal profession.
  • Proficiency in legal software and technology; prior experience in case management systems is advantageous.
  • Experience in business development and networking within the legal sector is desirable.
