With ambitious plans for further international expansion, the business is seeking a dynamic Head of Warehousing to drive operational excellence and support long‑term growth.

As Head of Warehousing, you will:

• Lead a critical supply chain function
• Ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery performance
• Maintain stock accuracy above 99%
• Drive efficiency through innovation and process optimisation
• Oversee large-scale warehouse operations, including goods in/out, online and international orders
• Collaborate seamlessly with manufacturing and logistics partners

This role requires a hands‑on leader who can balance strategic vision with operational detail, inspiring teams while implementing robust systems and processes.

• Ensure all customer orders are dispatched on time and in full
• Oversee goods in/out processes
• Manage online and Amazon orders with international compliance
• Drive stock accuracy above 99%

• Lead and support warehouse staff and agency personnel
• Implement SOPs and training plans
• Set KPIs and monitor performance
• Develop personal growth plans for staff

• Liaise with staffing agencies to maintain manning levels
• Approve timesheets and ensure inductions

• Monitor KPIs and initiate improvement projects
• Conduct LEAN analyses
• Propose machinery and technology upgrades

• Maintain a safe working environment
• Drive improvement plans for safety compliance

• Strong time management and planning skills
• Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Proven problem‑solving ability in production/logistics
• Minimum 3 years' supervisory/management experience in warehousing or supply chain
• Hands‑on, proactive leadership style
• Reach/Counterbalance FLT licences desirable
