Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for driving successful business change and delivering complex projects? We're looking for a proactive and results-focused Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic initiatives and projects across the SNAP business, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with key stakeholders, manage multiple work streams, and play a critical role in supporting business growth and operational excellence in the UK and across several European countries.
What You'll Be Doing- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects across the business.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Manage project governance, reporting, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to the senior leadership team.
- Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance project delivery processes.
- Ensure projects align with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within fast-paced commercial environments.
- Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.
- PRINCE2, APM, PMP, or equivalent qualification desirable.
