Heacham Group Practice is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the organisation on a full or part-time basis (minimum of 4 days per week). The role requires strong business management, HR, financial oversight and strategic planning, working with the GP Partners and the local PCN.
The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory and contractual standards are met, drive innovation, manage QOF, and report on finances.
