We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual for the role of Assistant Branch Manager in Romford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional looking to join a reputable motor trade business and develop their career within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Benefits for the successful Assistant Branch Manager:

Basic salary of 36,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to 40,000
Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Alternate Saturday mornings from 8 am to 1 pm

Duties of the Assistant Branch Manager:

Assist in managing daily branch operations to ensure a smooth workflow
Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets
Manage stock levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure availability
Provide excellent customer service and foster strong client relationships
Support the Branch Manager with administrative and financial responsibilities
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements of the Assistant Branch Manager:

Minimum of two years' experience within the motor trade, ideally in a motor factors environment
Proven experience in a supervisory, assistant manager, or managerial role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
A valid driving licence is preferred
