What You’ll Own as Property Management Team Leader You’ll be the driving force behind the branch’s Property Management operation — leading from the front, setting standards and ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer outcomes.

Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach and develop a team of 4 Property Managers Run regular 1:1s, reviews and development planning Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance Support recruitment, onboarding and retention Address underperformance constructively and confidently Operational Excellence Oversee the four core pillars of Property Management:
Maintenance coordination Compliance management Third-party inspections & checkouts Deposit negotiations & End of Tenancy You’ll monitor KPIs, portfolio health, workload distribution and drive process improvements that make a real difference.
