On-site welders​/fabricators

Position: On-site welders/fabricators needed now (Permanent)
We are seeking skilled Welders and Fabricators for a full-time, on-site positions in Norfolk. You will perform a range of welding tasks, including TIG and MIG welding, fabricate metal components, and ensure all work meets industry standards and customer specifications. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship are essential.

Responsibilities

Perform TIG welding and MIG welding to specification
Fabricate metal components from technical drawings
Interpret and apply engineering drawings, blueprints, and specs
Ensure workmanship meets industry standards and customer requirements
Select appropriate materials and welding methods for various tasks
Maintain a tidy and safe work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines
Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and quality goals
Qualifications

Proficiency in TIG welding and MIG welding
Experience welding with various materials
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication
Strong communication and teamwork skills
