Pay Rate: £12.31 - increasing to £13.25 per hour after probation

We are currently recruiting Manufacturing Operatives to join a well-established window manufacturing facility in NR6. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals looking for a long-term role with genuine progression opportunities.

This position is physically demanding and requires good English communication skills to ensure full understanding of health and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and fabricate window components using hand and power tools.
Operate machinery and equipment involved in the production process.
Ensure all products meet quality standards through regular inspections.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
Requirements:

Strong English communication skills for effective understanding of safety protocols.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and assembling components.
