Registered Nurse / Staff Nurse (Adult Care)

Our client, a reputable nursing home in Thetford, is currently recruiting a permanent Staff Nurse to provide the highest levels of nursing care to elderly residents.

• Registered Adult Nurse (RGN) or Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
• £20.50 per hour
• Full‑time hours, including night shifts
• CQC rating:
  Good
• Responsible for nursing, dementia and residential care to the elderly
• Job reference: JO19591

• Qualified nurse – RGN or RMN – with a valid NMC PIN
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for elderly and dementia care
• Dedication to providing the highest level of care
• Previous experience in a similar setting
• Minimum 2 years’ nursing experience

• Plan, assess, deliver and evaluate individual care
• Organise and motivate carers to ensure high standards of care
• Assist in inductions and orientations of new care staff
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate drug records (storage, maintenance and use)
• Provide the highest standards of medical or palliative care at all times
