Merlin Entertainments is seeking a seasonal Customer Service Assistant at SEA LIFE Hunstanton. You will be the first face our explorers meet, welcoming them and ensuring they have an unforgettable experience. Your role includes admissions and retail, providing excellent customer service and sharing knowledge about ocean creatures.
This position offers a minimum of 5 hours per week, flexibility required for weekends and bank holidays. Benefits include a Merlin Magic Pass for free access to attractions, discounts at retail shops, and employee pricing on cinema tickets.
